Meet Emily--Redlight's new(ish) Head Chef, a former Web Developer and Full Sail grad, guitarist, avid cookbook reader and community advocate. As a volunteer at 360 Eats in Tampa, her passion for cooking became very clear to her after her first catering event and she’s never looked back. And we’re so grateful Emily chose Audubon Park (and Redlight Redlight) as her new home base because her food is awesome!
